Working under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and other members of the Research Staff, and in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, conducts a variety of routine procedures where methodologies are clearly established. Calculates, transcribes, and analyzes data.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists with harvesting, culturing, and activating mouse T cells. Responsibilities include measurement of T cell proliferation and cytokine production, molecular cloning, preparing culturing media, and mouse genotyping with polymerase chain reactions. Performs routine assays with established protocols. Experiments may include dissecting and harvesting tissues from euthanized mice.
All other duties, as assigned.
