If you're looking to join a pediatric institution as your employer of choice, you need to look at the best in the nation.Two positions availableUnder the general supervision of the Department Director of Speech-Language Pathology, provides professional services to an assigned group of patients. Provides consultation to medical, allied health and education personnel regarding identification, evaluation and rehabilitation services to patients with handicapping communication conditions. Systematically evaluates the communication needs, strengths and problems of infants and children with suspected or identified handicapping communication conditions. Develops a treatment plan that specifies realistic desired outcomes, and implements specific treatment programs according to the identified needs in collaboration with the family and team. Applies the principles and practices of speech-language pathology for preventative and therapeutic purposes to correct or limit speech/language and oral motor disorders or dysfunction. REQUIREMENTS
American Speech-Language Hearing Association certification in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC-SLP) and PA license is required.
