SOCIAL WORKER, MSW

Requires a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work and one year of professional social work experience, preferably in a hospital or health related setting. Must obtain licensure (LCSW) or LCSW-P from the State of NC to practice as a Clinical Social Worker within three months of employment. CLINICAL CARE MANAGEMENT
Full-time, Days, 40hrs/week
Catastrophic Social Worker- Provides comprehensive, specialized clinical social work services. Services include complex biopsychosocial assessments, advocacy, preadmission and complex discharge planning, case management, and patient/family education reflecting a high level of integration of psychosocial and medical issues. The ability to converse fluently in Spanish desired.

ORANGE HOME HEALTH SOCIAL WORK
Part-time, Days, 20hrs/week
This is a 20 hour/week position in home health for an autonomous MSW to perform evaluations and ongoing assessment/intervention for home health patients. Strong organizational, assessment, documentation skills required. Valid NC drivers license required.

P&A PSYCHIATRY
Full-time, Days, Evenings, Rotating, 40hrs/week,
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide emergency assessment, treatment and disposition planning for patients presenting to the Emergency Department or Walk-in clinic in a psychiatric emergency. Provide short-term face to face follow up therapy for patients awaiting longer term outpatient care. Answer crisis phone calls providing safety assessments and crisis intervention along with managing referrals from outpatient providers. This full time position requires skill in psychiatric assessment and knowledge of the DSM IV.
