Host Home Provider A unique and new concept in Personal Support. Applicants must be qualified and prepared to welcome an individual into their home, and to support that individual in working toward life-enhancing goals, with organizational support and oversight provided by Star Choices. Home Support Companion Capable, reliable, trustworthy person to support an individual in the individual's home. Must be able to stay overnight in the home of the person being supported. Applicant must be dedicated, responsible, and resourceful. Employment Specialist Develop jobs and provide job support to individuals w/disabilities. Degree and related exp. highly desirable. Must be flexible, willing, and able to perform variety of tasks and make positive impression w/employers. Drug screen & background check required. Personal Support Technician Provide support for meaningful days for 6-8 individuals with significant disabilities. Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities highly desirable.
