SUMMARY
(FT/PT) position, Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling or related degree. Direct previous clinical experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment of clients within broad range of diagnostic categories preferred. Ability to work within a team and to act as liaison between Access function and staff is also required. Fluency in English/Spanish languages required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.Responsible for evaluating all requests for service in coordination with the intake screener. Assess appropriateness of request for CCO services and initial program assignment.
2.Schedule assessments with other staff, give referrals to community resources.
3.Maintain data information and service information on all clients requesting services.
4.Review and summarize assessments from other staff as needed.
5.Participate in agency meetings and in-service trainings.
6.Provide insurance benefit checks for clients seeking service.
7.Monitor active cases with the psychiatrists for compliance.
8.Maintain records in compliance with agency policies and appropriate clinical practice.
9.Provide case management services as defined in the service plan that coordinate, support, and advocate for clients who need multiple services and require assistance in gaining access to and in using mental health, social, vocational, educational, child welfare, and other community services and resources.
10.Other duties as assigned.

Skill Level Definitions:
Mathematical skill levels are defined as:
Level 1:Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of
American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Level 2:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute
rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Level 3:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Level 4:Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and
trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Level 5:Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply
