SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Remains abreast of services offered by the agency to present to community health care providers and other potential referral sources.

Identifies potential referral sources.

Develops and maintains relationships with community organizations, healthcare facilities, medical groups and other health care professionals who have an opportunity to utilize agency services.

Works closely with Contract Administrator and participates in negotiating contracts for assigned territories.

Maintains a level of knowledge of community standards for reimbursement of home care and private duty services.

Develops and maintains an active list of clients.

Meets with clients regularly to identify , troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns.

Meets with all new clients to review agency/facility relationship, including but not limited to expectations, shift scheduling, agency contacts and non-clinical agency employee issues.

Addresses all customer service issues relating to agency services.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years experience in healthcare sales, preferably home care or private duty, required.

Established client contacts in San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena, Inland Empire and North Orange County highly desirable.

Knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations helpful.

Proven history of success in healthcare sales.

Evidence of ability to work legally in the US.
