Retroactive Coordinator

Healthcare REFRACTIVE COORDINATOR TLC Vision is a premier eye surgery services company and one of the world's largest providers of laser vision correction procedures. We have the following Refractive Coordinator position available in the greater Cincinnati area. You will be responsible for promoting TLCs services to a network of eye care providers andtheir staff members throughout the region - acting as a liaison between the doctors practice and TLC. You will work with the local practice to ensure the best possible patient experience. You will team up with TLC regional management and local doctorsto develop and grow refractive surgery volume, implement a strategic plan and coordinate various presentations & events for educating individuals about refractive surgery. Your target market would include surgical candidates (patient education seminars), optometric network (CE events), CAP/TPP members (seminars and lunch & learns), OD patients (consult days), etc. All qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience in a sales and/or customer service role, preferably with an Ophthalmic, cosmetic surgery, or Optometric background. College education is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for the development of relationships with doctors and their staff are essential. Candidates must have strong written and oral presentation delivery and demonstrate good time management and organizational skills. Candidates should be skilled in professional and patient relationship management and be skilled in successful year over year sales plan development and implementation.
