Respiratory Therapists Needed For Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital in Lexington, VA.

Must possess skills to perform basic and advanced therapeutic, diagnostic and life support respiratory care procedures in general and intensive patient care areas. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patients status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirement relative to age and/or specific needs and provide the care needed per policy and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of an AMA JRCRTE approved advanced practitioner program. Experience preferred, but not required. Must be licensed by the Virginia State Board of Medicine and Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Current ACLS certification preferred
