Working from our home office located on the South side of Indianapolis, this position will evaluate, assess and determine realistic patient goals relating to pulmonary rehabilitative services. Must be able to coordinate and develop individualized plans of care for patients while working within an interdisciplinary team and effectively communicate the the patient’s functional status and needs to the patient, caregivers and other professionals as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires candidates with a minimum of current BLS certification (ACLS certification preferred) and have graduated from a CoARC (Committee on the Accreditation of Respiratory Care) accredited school of therapy program. Also necessary is a RRT or CRT with a valid state license and driver's license.
