Residential Program Manager

If so, join our growing Non-Profit in Northern Baltimore County focused on improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities. Our company was started 25 years ago by a small group of parents and now includes 350+ staff and 42 locations.

The general job responsibility of the position is the complete management and oversight of 5-7 residential sites.

General work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm however flexibility is required. Position includes some on-call duties. The salary is $33,390 plus medical, dental, 403B, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with extensive knowledge of DDA or MH/MR Residential Guidelines. Ideal candidate will have experience as a Program Manager at another Maryland DDA or MH/MR licensed program.

The main work site is located just off I-83 at exit 36, Maryland Line, which is 20 minutes north of Hunt Valley, MD and about 15 minutes south of York, PA. Candidates from either state encouraged to apply.
