Or,like the Infinity Stylus, one of the best-selling cameras in history.Center Valley, PA - This position supports the Medical Systems Group (MSD) management activities and decision-making by proactively addressing health care policy issues relevant to current and new business while also working in conjunction with the Business Development Center (BDC). Manages reimbursement development activities in close cooperation with Regulatory Affairs and Product Marketing on new product and procedure developmental projects. Analyzes health economics information to better understand industry and market dynamics. Serves as a central source of health care economics information. Provides coverage and coding analysis and support. Works closely with professional medical organizations on health care policy and reimbursement issues. Develops and maintains a reimbursement section in the company website and the intranet. Compiles and updates the Medicare reimbursement charts. This position answers coding and coverage questions from the sales and marketing teams as well as customers. Develops and implements reimbursement training programs to the sales, marketing and business consulting teams. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED) A minimum of 3 years reimbursement related work in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is required. Prior experience in Gastroenterology reimbursement is preferred. Must have an excellent strategic thinking ability with an innovative mind set. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated project management skills. Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual. Must be proficient with Microsoft applications. Must be able to travel occasionally. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (health care administration, public health, health care economics, or business administration) or equivalent knowledge and experience is required. A Master's Degree and /or certified coder designation is preferred.
