We are looking to add a Rehabilitation Area Manager to oversee Five (5) Senior Living Facilities with independent living/ assisted living and skilled nursing in Texas.


San Antonio, Houston, El Paso, Dallas, Woodland


This position can be based out any of the locations listed above.


The Rehabilitation Area Manager is responsible for directing, organizing and evaluating rehabilitation programs, services and personnel in his/her area, in a manner that supports the goals of Five Star Quality Care, Inc while maintaining federal and state regulations and the state specific practices acts for physical, occupational and speech therapy.


If you are a graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy or Speech Language Pathology program and have three years of strong clinical experience with at least one year management experience. Multi-building management with ALF/IL and SNF experience required.
