United Dominion has a current opening for a repositioning manager at our location in Manassas, VA. Overall responsibility would be acting as a liasion between construction and management on a multimillion dollar project. Candidates should be extremely organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Property Management experience is a HUGE plus.Responsibility List:
Primary tasks include communicating to the property team all updates in regards to the repositioning and working with the manager to communicate changes that will happen on a weekly basis. Also obtaining bids for playgrounds, alarms, fitness center, fob system key track and others as needed. Repositioning managers are also charged with all face to face updates with residents in regards to the status of their buildings, coordinating moves from buildings that are undergoing construction, keeping all parties informed of the status of these moves and keeping records updated in the computer for easy access. All requests for information would be handled by this position.Additional tasks of the position are handling the inspection of the project when work is complete. Other responsibilities may include attending weekly progress meetings, contract document reviews, bid comparisons and obtaining approval from corporate for the bids.
