HealthBridge is currently seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for our Lowell, Massachusetts facility, a 160-bed skilled nursing facility. Lowell Health Care Center is a flagship facility that is a premiere, patient first healthcare center.
Lowell HCC is conveniently located walking distance to historic downtown Lowell and is just minutes from Routes 3, 495, 93 and commuter rail. Lowell HCC provides patient care to a younger resident population and has four units with three levels of care and has a solid recent survey history.

Responsibilities:
Give direct physical and psychological nursing care in emergencies, as well as in the presence of illness or disabilities in order to maintain life, provide comfort, reduce stress and enhance the resident's ability to cope.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
Be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, personnel and the general public.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
