Registered Nurse - Wound Care $15,000 Sign-On!

The wound care nurse provides comprehensive wound care to a group of
patients.Principle duties and responsibilities include:
- Assess patients at risk for pressure ulcers and all patients with chronic
or acute wounds
- Document assessment, interventions and treatment outcomes
- Attends care plan meetings and family meetings
- Prepares, administers and documents administration of wound treatments
for all wounds
- Make rounds with soft tissue surgeon weekly and assist with surgical
bedside procedures
- Resource person to department and unit staff for wound prevention and

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland. Must have a
minimum of two years experience. Experience in wounds preferred.
