Position Information
RN Unit Manager is responsible to coordinate the clinical activities of a 60-bed unit. LPNs and CNAs report to the Unit Manager. Duties include staff management, physician and family interface, lab tracking, QI reports, and patient assessment.

This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with little supervision. Self-starters only!
