401(k) retirement plan and flexible spending accounts
American Mobile Healthcare Travelers are immediately eligible to join our lucrative 401(k) plan, which includes matching employer contributions of $.50 for each dollar you defer up to 6 percent of your salary after 1,000 hours of continued service. A variety of nationally known stock, bond and money market funds are available for your retirement investing through the Principal Financial Group. Annually, you may contribute up to 50 percent of your salary or $11,000, whichever is lower.

In addition, if you incur costs for childcare or other dependents, you may be eligible to participate in our corporate Flexible Benefit Plan and save hundreds or thousands of dollars via tax-free reimbursement for these costs. You may also elect to contribute funds to a pre-tax medical spending account.

Tax-free travel reimbursement

REQUIREMENTS
We require all of our travelers to be a graduate of an accredited healthcare professional program in the United States or Canada. Additionally, we have programs available for nursing professionals with eight or more months of clinical experience. You also need to provide a valid professional practice license or certification, and proof of the right to work in the United States.
