Registered Nurse- RN

North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is a 77-bed facility on a beautiful campus in Loudoun County that treats and educates at-risk, troubled and special needs youth. We are currently recruiting for TEMPORARY or PRN Registered Nurses for various shifts, including overnight and weekend shifts.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of nursing care on assigned unit for residents ages 9-17 in this 24/7 residential facility. Responsible for ensuring nursing services are provided in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care and the Interdisciplinary Plan of Treatment. Shift differentials apply to second and third shift.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of accredited school of nursing and licensed by Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse. CPR certification, or able to complete certification. Good verbal and written skills, ability to rotate shifts and programs as necessary, ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information. Must consistently exhibit mental and emotional ability to understand and perform the essential functions of the job. Prefer experience with children and adolescents in psychiatric facility or rehabilitation program.
