Registered Nurse - Outpatient Psychiatric Services

FHN is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for FHN Family Counseling Center outpatient psychiatric services. Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Flexible full-time position (64 - 80 hours in 2 week payperiod)

The delivery system practiced at FHN Family Counseling Center employs the concepts of team nursing incorporating the workforce standards as set forth by FHN. Coordinates and provides nursing care to identified patient population. Utilizes team approach for delegation, critical thinking and problem solving skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrates competencies in accordance with specific performance standards.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with a BSN preferred; and zero to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice in the state of Illinois. CPR certified.
