Registered Nurse (Cardiovascular/Interventional)

Classification: NursingShift: DaysDescription: : Working under the direct supervision of the Manager of Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratories, utilizes independent judgment and decision-making skills to provide direct and indirect care to the Cardiovascular/Interventional patient. The Cardiovascular/Interventional RN addresses the psycho-social, physical, and general aspects of care related to the Cariovascular/Interventional Laboratory environment. He/she assists with maintenance of laboratory's equipment and inventory, readies and assesses procedure room(s) for proper function, and obtains supplies for individual procedures. The Cardiovascular/Interventional RN participates in performance improvement and continuous quality monitoring activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an approved school of Nursing with current Michigan licensure. Must posses a minimum of 2-3 years of professional nursing exp. Min of one year exp in Critical Care, Step-down, or Emergency dept.
