Hours: 5- Positions 36 Hours MWW D/NAs a member of the health care team will manage and provide outcome directed care to a diverse and critically ill patient population with highly complex and unpredictable needs. Must be self directed, a team player, and participate in the shared governance councils.As a teaching hospital, Hartford Hospital is a primary affiliate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Dentistry for both graduate and undergraduate medical education.

REQUIREMENTS
Current CT. RN License required, BSN, CCRN, or CNRN preferred. A minimum of 1 year of recent medical or surgical experience required with an excellent clinical performance record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated flexibility, organizational skills, and problem solving skills. ICU experience preferred.
