Regional Sales Manager - HME/HHA/LTC Sales
CareCentric, a leading provider of products, business services and IT services to the Home Healthcare market is currently searching for five REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS, all of whom will have the opportunity to work remotely and two of which must be based in Texas.The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quotas by presenting and selling CareCentric software, and services to existing HME, HHA and LTC customers as well as selected new accounts. Duties include a continuous focus on understanding existing customers business, identifying and properly qualifying opportunities; presenting to executive levels of organizations, preparing formal proposals, leading negotiations, and coordinating the decision-making process. This position works closely with solution subject manager experts, account management, inside sales and serves as a primary resource for additional sales opportunities and problem solving for customers.
REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years experience in relevant business to business sales with keen insight and industry contacts concerning marketplace and appropriate association groups.Previous experience in selling to the Home Medical Equipment industry, Home Health Care industry and/or Long Term Care markets.
Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid issues, compliance, billing complexities and consultative sales experience for a complete solution.
He/she must possess excellent verbal/written communication abilities with strong presentation skills.This person must also have a demonstrated track record in sales and must have exceeded budgeted goals and/or produced in top 15% of industry skills.The ability to establish and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects to maximize opportunities to provide CareCentric products and services will be vital to success in this position.Undergraduate degree in marketing/sales or equivalent experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Office Products.
