Ruxton Health Care, a regional Long Term Care provider, is devoted to meeting the therapeutic needs of our customers with compassion, respect and skilled professionalism. Ruxton provides a broad range of sub acute care and long-term care services in the Virginia and Maryland areas. Some of the areas of expertise include transitional care, rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s and assisted living services.

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for the right Nurse Manager or Clinical Services Coordinator to support the Clinical Operations of multiple nursing facilities in the Virginia area as a Regional Clinical Nurse Manager. Our company is looking for talented DON's (Directors of Nursing) who want to be part of a team contributing daily to the lives of residents and staff. Expertise in mentoring staff, ensuring the highest level of Clinical Services are being provided, and managing multiple centers from the Regional level, will be valued to promote quality care.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:

·Minimum of 3 yrs as a Director of Nursing

·Knowledge of state and federal regulations for Long Term Care

·Active RN licensure in Maryland or Virginia

·Seasoned and effective management and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task effectively

·Additional expertise (ET, RD, MDS or LNHA) a plus

·Willingness to travel as required

·Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of staff at all levels within the organization

·Requires professional interaction as a member of a multi-disciplinary management team

·Must possess a strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization
