We are committed to responsible care in maintaining our position as the leading provider of pediatric health care services.Job Description: Responsible for ensuring consistent operation of nursing locations in Orlando, Daytona Beach and Melbourne, Florida per company policy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and accrediting body standards. This position will be based in the Orlando, FL nursing location.1. Ongoing evaluation of location nursing personnel and operations. Ensure prompt and efficient fulfillment of company goals and objectives.
2. Identify problem areas and recommend corrective actions.
3. Advise and consult with the Regional Vice President/Vice President of nursing operations of professional market, clinical and financial issues and human resource issues.
4. Act as liaison for locations with Corporate as necessary.
5. Acts as mentor to other Directors.
6. Ensure appropriate recruiting, hiring, orientation and on-going supervision of nursing office and field staff.
7. Assist in referral and staffing decisions.
8. Ensure quality nursing care is delivered.
9. Participate in supporting quality improvement activities.
10. Promote professional growth for nursing personnel.
11. Ensure appropriate documentation review.
12. Maintain effective written communication between region and corporation.
13. Ensure maintenance of interdepartmental communication.
14. Participate in IOP Plan and activities.
15. Comply with company policies.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Current Registered Nurse in Florida, or other allied health professional. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2. Five (5) years pediatric/neonatal experience. 3. Three (3) years management experience. 4. Three (3) years home care experience. 5. Must be aware of state and federal regulations.
