Regional Director - Hospital Outside Sales and Account Management

Based in Dallas, TX and requiring approximately 50% travel, this Regional Director is responsible for managing a region (TX, OK, KS) so that annual revenue, cost goals, and quarterly regional action plan objectives are achieved, while increasing sales volume and keeping contracts and bill rates competitive. THIS IS AN OUTSIDE SALES POSITION WORKING FROM A HOME OFFICE SELLING AMN'S STAFFING SERVICE TO NEW HOSPITAL CLIENTS AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT CLIENTS.

The Regional Director works with a diverse client/hospital team to establish and grow hospital facility accounts. The Regional Director’s key selling contacts are chief nursing officer’s (CNO’s), staffing directors, managers of nursing administration, CEO’s, CFO’s and Hospital administrators.

The Regional Director is responsible for developing and implementing an action plan that identifies account objectives, time allotment, specific strategies, and account development objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ yrs experience in sales, marketing and/or management role in the nursing/hospital services or staffing industry. MUST HAVE PRIOR OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE.

Degree preferred.

Up to 50% travel required within region, making client visits/presentations.
