Recruiter for fast paced Local and Travel Nursing Agency

Due to strong demand and rapid growth, we are expanding our team and are now seeking a professional, experienced recruiting manager with a background in the medical field.

The ideal candidate will be high energy, organized, professional and have a team work inspired, can do attitude! We believe in a work hard, play hard, upbeat and fun office environment!

Ideally, we are seeking someone who has prior medical recruiting and staffing experience in a local per diem and/or travel nurse agency setting.

In this position, you will be spending the majority of your day on the phone doing a variety of tasks including: following warm recruiting leads, cold recruiting calls, reference calls, following up on inactive employees, attending job fairs, screening nurse’s backgrounds and matching them with open positions, coordinating interviews/placements with clients, building relationships with current and prospective clients. In addition, you will be responsible for following strict JCAHO credentialing and quality assurance guidelines for each and every nurse hired.

REQUIREMENTS
This position requires at least 1-2 years current recruiting experience in a busy, agency setting. Nurse recruiting experience is preferred but not required. We will consider candidates who have demonstrated recruiting success in another line of business looking to make a change to healthcare.

BS/BA degree preferred.
