RADIATION ONCOLOGY MANAGER

We are searching for a Full time Radiation Oncology Manager for our Cancer Center.

Position Summary:
Supervises and oversees the day to day operations in radiation therapy and clinical nursing. Provides direct support to Cancer Center Radiation Therapists and performs the work of a Therapist. Develops schedules for therapists, nurses and medical assistants Ensures that day to day high quality and timely patient care is provided and monitored. Coordinates an ongoing and proactive quality improvement program in radiation oncology / clinical nursing. Communicates on a regular basis with program radiation oncologists. Coordinates weekly chart rounds with physicians.

Required Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or other related discipline, or an Associates Degree with the equivalent work related experience.
2. 3-5 years of clinical management experience.
3. Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT).

Preferred Education/Experience:
1. Master’s Degree in Management / Business.
