The Team Leader is responsible for the staffing and patient flow of the unit a designated shift and collaborates in developing and implementing processes that achieve positive clinical outcomes. The Team Leader provides direct patient care in accordance with the staff nurse role.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
Certification: Current CPR certification
Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred
Skills/Other: Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving abilities. Proven clinical competence.
