RN Shift Supervisor 3/11 shift

RN needed to supervise staff on the 3/11 shift. Check staffing, call staff in to work if needed. Make rounds, handle issues should they arise. RN should be able to assess residents who have had a fall or incident that results in injury. Ability to investigate accusations of abuse or neglect per our policy. Make daily rounds in all areas of nursing care to evaluate overall performance of each unit. The selected candidate will receive instruction in our policy and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Current MS RN license, experience in nursing home care for at least one year, completes facility-conducted orientation, mandatory training, and in-service programs, in good standing with nursing board with no restrictions on license, able to communicate in the English language, communication skills required to supervise staff. This position can be every other week end or every week end. Pay depends on experience and will be discussed at interview with other benefits. Yes, you can earn benefits working part time.
