Nursefinders, a national provider of health care staffing, is seeking a part time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Director to manage the clinical aspect of our exclusive supplemental staffing agreement with a top hospital in the Beverly Area.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Participate in evaluations and counsel all clinical and professional staff.Ensures quality service and clinical compliance.Coordinates all orientations and participates where appropriate.Educates personnel about procedures and documentation in accord with facility requirements.Investigates all complaints of clinical nature, and initiates corrective action where appropriate.Ensures proper competency testing and evaluation as outlined by JCAHO.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:Current License as a RN3-5 years of Clinical Experience.Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
This position is night and day compared to the normal hospital type setting. This is both a challenging and rewarding position with an excellent hourly rate.
