RN/Registered Nurse/LVN/Licensed Vocational Nurse
Function of the Registered Nurse: To provide nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, to an assigned group of patients.

General Statement of Responsibility: Nursing interventions and actions are consistent with the plan of care to restore, improve, promote health, and prevent complications and sequel of illness. Continued appropriate care is ensured through collaboration and coordination of community resources in discharge planning. Responsibilities include:gathering health assessment data to determine patient problems/needs.
measuring outcomes through collaboration with the patient, family, significant others, and members of the health care team.

Education: Graduate of a school of nursing
Experience: Prefer a minimum of one year nursing experience
Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge and ability to effectively implement and document nursing theory, practice, and principles.
Good communication and interaction skills.Special Requirements: Current licensure or permit by the state Board of Nursing, driver’s license, CPR certification, and automobile liability insurance
