Full time RN QI position available in Home Health. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. Must have an associates degree or diploma in nursing as well as a current Texas RN license. A Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred. At least 3 years home health experience with extensive experience in QI or UR is required. Must have the analytical ability necessary to assess agency compliance to regulatory guidelines and prepare appeals, process OASIS data prior to data entry deadline, audit SOC/recert documentation, serve as a resource for other RNs or RN practice issues and audit medical records to ensure agency compliance to regulations. Minimum Requirements:
Full time RN QI position available in Home Health. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. Must have an associates degree or diploma in nursing as well as a current Texas RN license. A Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.
