RN - QA Analyst

Job Summary
Under supervision of Clinical Supervisor, ensures accuracy of patient data submitted to develop a patient's comprehensive Plan of Care. Attentive to detail, reviews submitted documentation on home health patients to ensure accuracy in the development of the patient's care plan. Performs accurate ICD-9 coding, provides on-going review of selected patient charts. Provides input and follow-up of quality improvement requests. Will spend up to 50% of time traveling to the Texas & Louisiana HomeCare agencies.Competitive Benefits:

REQUIREMENTS
Previous exp. in QA auditing, ICD-9 coding exp.
Ability to prioritize work appropriately, good problem-solving abilities, and detail-oriented.
Will spend up to 50% of time traveling to the Texas & Louisiana HomeCare agencies.
