RN/Medical Information Specialist

RN/Medical Information Specialist: International healthcare company is expanding their workforce and seeks several experienced RNs to assist in newly created Patient Information Center. Hours are Monday-Friday, no weekends and 40 hour work week. Must possess solid track record in patient care arena, strong organizational and communication skills as well as desire to take ownership of your career in a role where you can make a difference! Individual will take calls from patients and provide sympathetic and authoritative responses to consumers utilizing company's pharmaceutical products, in particular to provide healthcare advice regarding treatment. Individual will maintain accurate records of contacts and maintain efficient links with company's business units to include sales and marketing to ensure efficient customer service; liaise with other departments to ensure MIS has relevant and up to date information on product launches and much more. REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years in patient care role as an RN within a medical/hospital/patient care setting
Solid organizational and communication skills.
Desire to work 40 hours/week, Mon-Friday.
Sympathetic, patient and caring personality and willingness to help others who are less fortunate.
