RN Management Positions

The Crossings Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre is a 82 bed skilled nursing facility located in Minoa, NY near Syracuse. We are seeking the following RN Management positions:

RN Nurse Manager - The purpose of this position is to be the Nurse Manager with the planning, coordinating, directing, and evaluation of all unit staff, on all shifts. You are responsible for the day-to-day functioning of your assigned unit. Your objective is to ensure proper implementation of facility policies and procedures to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times. You are accountable to Director and Assistant Director of Nursing Services and responsible for ensuring communication of all unit activity to them.

3-11 RN Clinical Coordinator - The purpose of this position is to assist with admissions to the facility on the 3-11 shift and complete RN assessment of residents in conjunction with the 3-11 RN Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
•Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
•Must be currently licensed as RN in the State of New York.
•Must have supervisory experience in a nursing home or acute care setting.

Both positions are Monday through Friday, no weekends. Full benefits and excellent starting salary.
