The goal is to provide total quality care through continuous improvement. The patient population of the Emergency and Trauma Center varies in acuity and along the health care continuum. Patients may exhibit any combination of minor or major illnesses or injuries, along with multiple bio-psycho-social-spiritual needs and problems; varying level of suicidal/homicidal think, confusion, agitation, anger, acting out, fear, anxiety, assaultive behavior, etc. The potential consequences of errors may result in deleterious outcomes for patients.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with AD, Diploma or BSN. Minimum one year medical/surgical experience, strongly prefer one year nursing experience in emergency critical care nursing. Current BLS and ACLS provider. Current valid Ohio nursing license.
