Location, Location, Location!
Olympia and the surrounding communities offer affordable housing options in a beautiful setting with the additional bonus of no traffic congestion or state income tax. Our community retains a small-town feel, but boasts the resources and amenities of a much larger area. Interstate 5 offers quick, convenient access to many great Pacific Northwest destinations.
Seattle, a short hour away, offers sports - NFL football, Major League baseball and NBA basketball. Not to mention its world-class music, restaurants and shopping!
About three hours north is Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - truly an international crossroads. Portland, Oregon, is two hours south. The city's thriving downtown and historic neighborhoods entice visitors from all over the world!
A two-hour drive east gets you to the Cascade Mountains and Mt. Rainier for a world of wintertime play - downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and snow shoeing. The ancient rain forests of Olympic National Park are just an hour away to the west. The Pacific Ocean also is just over an hour away ... replete with clamming and beachcombing.
