RN Clinical Supervisor

Registered Nurse, weekend 12 hour shifts Supervisor needed for this 240-bed skilled nursing facility in Arlington, VA. Job duties include over-seeing the operations of the facility. Responsibilities include over-sight of LPN and CNA staff, customer service with residents and family members, problem-solving, and patient assessment as a clinical resource to staff.
Requires very good supervisory skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff members.
