RN, Clinical Safety and Health Coordinator

Status/Schedule: Status: Full Time Shift: Day Average Weekly Hours: 40 hrs/wkShift(s): Part Time, Regular Part Time, Flexible Full Time, or Full Time, 20-40 hrs/wk. Hours between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Primarily 7:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.
Days: Primarily Monday-Friday. No on-call duty. Occasional Weekends.Salary: Minimum:$20.76Maximum:$25.12 The above hiring range reflects the minimum and maximum hourly rate for which any individual will be hired in this position. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.Department: Northwestern Occupational HealthJob Description:Functions primarily as coordinator of employee health and clinical safety program for Northwestern Medical Center and affiliates; secondary responsibilities include education for NOH staff and consultation for their clients. Practice is based on the standards of care and professional practice standards developed by the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: : Registered nurse, preferably BSN, preferably COHN (certified occupational health nurse).Experience: Three years direct patient care work experience, 1 year workers compensation experience, and 1 year case management work experience preferred.License Required: Vermont nursing license.Grade: P-69
