Speaks clearly and expresses self well in groups and in one to one conversation.Experience: Four years of progressive clinical experiences as a registered nurse. Strong emphasis on critical thinking, diagnostic testing and surgical procedures.Education / Licensure Required: RN License in the state of Nebraska or Iowa, Nebraska and Iowa are compact states, so license must be held in the state of your residence.
Preferred: BSN / College Degree.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Job requires basic to moderate skills in reading, verbal and written communication. Strong leadership and critical reasoning skills in clinical decision-making. Planning and organizing, initiative and ingenuity, creativity, independent decision-making, problem solving, and ability to interpret data. Public relations and promotion of positive morale are important. Limited computer skills are necessary.
