RN Clinical Coordinator

Full-time opportunity available responsible for assisting in the organization and management of nursing practice and resident care on 40 bed long-term care unit in collaboration with the nurse manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have NYS RN licensure. Two years' clinical experience required. Prior experience preferred. Must be self-directed with strong management / organizational skills. Must be certified in adult CPR. Requires effective communication skills. Must have expertise, experience and effective social and communication skills. Need to be flexible and willing to adapt to change and have the ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and the general public.Must have knowledge of New York State regulatory standards and patient rights.
