Provide direct care for residents in a Skilled Care Facility including: documentation and administration of medications, IV’s, treatments following the mandates of OSBN, and State and Federal guidelines.

Requires close contact with Physicians. Follows direction of Nursing Management Staff. Provides direct supervision of certified nursing staff.Supervise NAC and CMA staff

REQUIREMENTS
Requires active Licensure with OSBN. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Proficiency in Wound Care recommended. Thorough awareness of Abuse and Neglect protocol. Adherence to Absenteeism Policy. Pre-Hire and random Urine Drug screening. Pre-hire Criminal Background Screening.
