Erickson Communities, a rapidly growing multi-site leader in developing and managing senior campus-style communities, is preparing to offer a unique Medicare Managed Care product to the residents of their Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Dynamic team members with health insurance managed care experience, and excellent computer and communication skills are being sought for our communities located in Novi and Dearborn, Michigan.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3-5 years of care coordination/case management experience. Medicare utilization management experience a plus. Experience working with adults/seniors preferred. Seeking clinical leaders who are able to work independently and have strong customer service and organizational skills.
