RN 3-11 Shift Supervisor

Under the supervison of the Director of Nursing of a 230 bed long term care facility, the 3-11 RN Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitation needs of the residents.
REQUIREMENTS
Must maintain a current MS license as a registered nurse in good standing. Possess a minimum one year of experience in nursing service administration. Additional education or experience in such areas as rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred. Must possess strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long term care.
