The Quality Project Manager will facilitate and oversee all OASIS and qualitiy initiatives for Baptist Home Care. Will also act as a liason to the hospital quality committee. Will be responsible for all state, federal and JCAHO quidelines.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current Tennessee RN license. Candidates must also be proficient in home health Medicare guidelines, quality initiatives and JCAHO standards as well as quality improvement methodologies.
