Quality Improvement Specialist - REGISTERED NURSE

Oversight of the Quality Improvement Program within a Health Plan environment.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Improvement experience in a Health Plan environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience supervising teams
• Experience developing policies and procedures.
• Experience developing a QI Program.
• Experience devising action plans for quality improvement and setting of obtainable goals.
• Knowledge and experience with HEDIS Study, writing state QIP proposals, and preparing for audits.Education/Credentials:
• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• RN within California
