Selected individual will provide ongoing objective evaluations of patient care for improving service to meet requirements of the organization and other accrediting/regulatory authorities.
Qualified candidates must be an RN with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience and QM background. Excellent communication, project management and advanced computer skills are required. BSN and 1 year of recent home health experience are preferred.
