QA/Order Confirmation Specialist

In this position you will:
*Review orders received by medical equipment branches for compliance standards and completeness
*Verify validity of authorization number and date
*Ensure all documentation necessary for payor guidelines is completed and attached prior to submitting.
*Reconcile and/or take action with appropriate paperwork
*Confirm orders for the Mestamed system
*Other Duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have prior medical billing experience, with DME and Mestamed experience preferred. Required skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills, polite phone etiquette, computer literacy and good organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
