Public Health Consultant

No relocation is offered.Bearingpoint is seeking a highly motivated individual with a consistent record of academic excellence, personal achievement and leadership. The position requires experience in project, performance and strategic management. The candidate should have experience working with public sector clients, preferably in public heath, social services, and/or health care. This position requires previous consulting experience. The candidate must be able to take instruction from others as well as lead individual work efforts. The position will require the candidate to provide project management services on areas related to Health Information Technology, standards, privacy and interoperability; develop and roll out PMO tools and processes that may include Program Management, Earned Value Management, Issues Management, Risk Management, Change Control, Status Reporting, and Work plan Development, etc, work with a BearingPoint team as well as work closely with project staff from other consulting and technical contracting companies to meet the project’s goals.
Job Requirements:
2 years consulting experience.

2 years project management skills.

2 years client management

2 year Microsoft Office Project and Visio.

Bachelors Degree RequiredPreferred:

MBA preferred
Strong writing and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in client and executive presentations.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Strong multi-tasking skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable interviewing and interacting with health care personnel at all levels.

Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert on client's work.
