Psychiatric Technician

NHS Human Services has openings for Psychiatric Technicians to work at our residental (LTSR) facility on Front Street in Harrisburg and in 2 new programs (Traumatic Brain Injury and MH Personal Care Home)in Dauphin County. Duties include: assist in developing/implementing activities and projects to promote positive growth for consumers; participate in therapeutic groups; engage clients in appropriate life skills; accompany clients on trips for medical treatment; documentation, other duties as assigned. Start on Per Required Need Basis. Full time is also available, with excellent benefit package. GREAT ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED with 6 months experience in MH required. OR high school/diploma with minimum of 18 credits in psychology related courses. Background check required. Must have valid PA driver's license and clean driving record (MVR done on hire). PAID TRAINING.
